Manchester Settlement in partnership with Self-help Services are running a free 6 Week Boost Course, which is specifically designed to help you learn how to improve you’re your own mental well-being, it will cover areas such as mood, thinking strategies, relaxation, assertiveness, confidence, motivation, communication, positive activity and sleep.
