HOW DO I ACCESS SUPPORTED HOUSING

About to or have left care

 

Speak to your leaving care worker or social worker and ask them to make a referral to First Key Homes by all means give them our contact details.

 

Currently in another supported care environment

 

Speak to your support worker leaving care worker or social worker and ask them to make a referral to one of our housing services

 

Homeless young person or at risk of homelessness and need support

 

Speak to Young People’s Support Foundation about the housing related support pathway and mention that you are interested in Manchester Settlement. Contact details here

 

At Manchester College and at risk of Homelessness

 

Speak to your pastoral tutor and ask them to contact us or make a referral.

 

Other

 

Unfortunately we do not take self-referrals into our housing projects but please do contact us to see how we can help.
